Who We Are

Get to know our team a little bit better!

Katherine
Katherine has been a Primary Duty ALO since 2010, and currently serves as an ALO in Virginia (Area 460) and as the AAC Training Lead. With her team, she hopes to provide new and interesting ways to impart training material, and to work with all ALOs on ways to constantly improve training processes.  Katherine is a 2002 USAFA grad, and is married with one daughter.

Chris
Chris has served as an ALO for 11 years, and currently serves as DLOD for CA056.  A previous LOD, she values training since change is a constant in the ALO world. She understands the time constraints and challenges each of you face as an ALO. Chris is a 1991 USAFA grad, married to another 1991 grad and has 2 children. She coaches girls' soccer and works as an instructional aide at an elementary school.

Melissa
Melissa has been a Primary Duty ALO since 2009. Originally serving in the Far East Area, she is now a DLOD in the Southern Colorado unit. She augments the administrative section of RRL twice a week, working on manday requests and points corrections. 

Jennifer
Jennifer has been an Admissions Liaison Officer, a Deputy Liaison Officer Director and Liaison Officer Director for the Academy ALO Program since 2004.  She is extremely passionate about the mission of USAFA.  Jennifer's ideal vision is to train our ALO force better, with greater standardization and accountability across the force with a myriad of tools available.  Her goal is to increase the USAFA footprint beyond school borders and reaching further into communities educating not only students, parents, and educators, but key influencers in our areas.  With decreased manning and budget cuts, a solid training program for the ALO force becomes the foundation to do more with less.  Jennifer is a 1994 USAFA graduate, married to a fellow classmate for 17 years with 4 children.

Mike
Mike has been an ALO for the past 6 years and serves as a DLOD in Wisconsin. A 1996 USAFA grad, he currently works for Trane and looks to bring his corporate training experiences to the ALO community. Mike is married with one daughter.
